Anete Puce-Dimitrovska is an attorney-at-law with more than 15 years of experience in legal practice, specialising in awide variety of commercial and administrative disputes, as well as representing clients that have been recognized as victims in local and international criminal cases. In addition, she has significant experience in providing advice on the recognition and enforcement of foreign court and arbitration rulings in Latvia. 

Anete also assists clients with any legal aspects related to daily business operations, corporate and commercial law matters, mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, ESG and sustainability matters, national and cross-border insolvency and legal protection proceedings, as well as holds significant experience working on complex real estate projects. 

Before joining PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal, Anete worked for several law firms in Latvia, including one of the largest pan-Baltic law firms. 

Anete has graduated from the University of Latvia with a bachelor’s degree in law and from the Riga Graduate School of Law with a master’s degree in law (LL.M.) and a specialisation in European Union and international law.

Anete has been a member of the Latvian Collegium of Sworn Advocates since 2013.
