Natalia is an attorney at law with more than 18 years’ of experience in legal field and is leading the Firm’s Dispute Resolution and Litigation practice group. Before joining PwC Legal, Natalia gained significant experience working at the Administrative District Court of the Republic of Latvia and the Supreme Court of the Republic of Latvia (Administrative Cases Department).
Given her specialization and experience, Natalia specializes in administrative and civil law matters, representing clients' interests in institutions and courts, including in matters relating to public contracts, public procurement, tax and immigration law, as well as cross-border administrative and civil disputes.
Natalia also holds extensive experience and knowledge of international protection mechanisms gained through representation of client’s interests in the European Court of Human Rights.
Natalia is the author of many articles on various legal issues, as well as is actively involved in regularly providing pro bono legal assistance.
Natalia has obtained LL.M. from the University of Latvia, Faculty of Law as well as lawyers qualification and master’s degree in Law from Moscow State Academy of Law (Russia).
Natalia is a member of the Latvian Collegium of Sworn Advocates.
