Edgars is a Senior Associate at PwC Legal, specializing in employment law while also focusing on dispute resolution and contract law.

Edgars has extensive employment law experience across a wide range of matters, from handling day-to-day contractual and compliance issues to addressing more specialized topics, such as equal treatment and employee well-being. His experience also includes leading high-profile restructuring and corporate governance projects.

A significant part of Edgars' practice is dedicated to litigation and contract disputes, where he has developed procedural expertise and gained insight into various industry-specific legal perspectives, including those related to pharmaceuticals, information technology, transportation, international sales, product and service quality, and media law.

Alongside his client-focused work, Edgars actively participates in various social initiatives. He not only provides pro bono assistance to non-profit organizations but also works to educate the public and clients on a range of employment-related topics, such as employee burnout, discrimination, equality, and workforce trends.

Edgars has a master's degree at the Faculty of Law of the University of Latvia.
