Elvita is a lawyer at PwC Legal with main expertise in corporate law and AML/sanctions service provision.

Elvita has provided legal assistance concerning a wide range of corporate matters, such as business establishment, including bank account opening, corporate changes, reorganization, transfer and liquidation of business. She has also assisted in various local and cross-border M&A projects.

In addition to the above, Elvita takes part in projects related to the prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing risk assessment, elaboration of sanctions policy and in-depth consultations regarding compliance with sanctions, advising companies on regulatory issues, drafting policies and procedures.

Besides that, Elvita has in-depth knowledge in finance and accounting. During studies in economics she gained practical experience as an chief accountant before starting her career at PwC Legal.
