Elvita is a  senior associate  at PwC Legal with more than 5 years of professional experience in M&A, corporate law and AML/sanctions service provision.

Elvita has provided legal assistance concerning a wide range of corporate matters, such as business establishment, including bank account opening, corporate changes, reorganizations, transfer and liquidation of business. She has also assisted in various local and cross-border M&A projects, assisting the clients with full transaction cycle. 

In addition to the above, Elvita takes part in projects related to AML, assisting with various complex compliance matters, as well as in preparation of internal and external policies  and procedures, as well as Elvita regularly assists clients with matters related to applicable sanction regimes,s, advising companies on regulatory issues, as well as drafting policies and procedures.

Prior to joining PwC Legal, Elvita obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in finance and accounting, as well as a Bachelor’s Degree in law from Riga Stradins University.
