Karina is a Senior Associate at ZAB PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal, specializing in commercial and civil law matters.

Karina has extensive experience in complex reorganization and restructuring processes, as well as in company transition cases. She provides legal support to clients on matters related to company formation, liquidation, and associated activities, and offers consulting in various commercial law issues. Additionally, Karina assists with local and cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A) projects throughout the transaction lifecycle.

Throughout her professional career, Karina has had the opportunity to work with clients across various industries, helping them successfully enter the Latvian market.

Kariīna holds a Bachelor of Social Sciences in Law and Business (LL.B) from the Riga Graduate School of Law and a professional Master’s degree in Law, as well as a lawyer’s qualification from the University of Latvia.
