Karina is a lawyer at PwC Legal. Karina’s main expertise and interest lies in commercial and corporate law, reorganisations and restructuring. She offers full-scale support when it comes to establishment and liquidation of the companies and related activities, reorganizations and transfer of business, and any other commercial law matter depending on client’s situation.

Karina also provides support in M&A projects, both – local and cross-border. As a lawyer she also provides legal assistance and contribution in preparation of legal opinions on issues of different complexity and concerning civil law matters.
During her experience at PwC Legal, Karina has had a chance to work with clients of different industries and has assisted them in successfully bringing their business to Latvian market, restructuring businesses or supporting them in transaction processes.

Karina has obtained the bachelor's degree of social sciences in Law and Business from Riga Graduate School of Law, 2018 (LL.B) and professional master's degree in Law with a lawyer's qualification from University of Latvia, 2020.
